Thursday March 30, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is resting comfortably in the recliner, she’s chatty and smiley!

• 5:00pm All this time, Maureen’s been fully alert.

• 5:05pm Dinner: Irish stew; she enjoyed very much. Coughed once.

• 6:00pm Evening meds: 12.5 ml Olanzapine, 5mg Vimpat, 25mg Venadryl with jello.

• 6:15pm Oral care

• 6:30pm We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. Gave Maureen an upper body wash using warmed purple wipes and applied Hydrocortisone to the red spot on her neck and on her right forearm, also applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil to her lower extremities.

Vitals: Temperature: 97.3, HR: 68, O2: 94.

• 7:00 positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
