Thursday, March 16 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is sleeping.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep. Pulse is 64, O2-94.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is still in and out of sleep. She is calm and relaxed.

• 8:20 am- Maureen is awake now. Will give a little time to fully awake.

• 8:30 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We next washed Maureen's upper body. There was no redness observed. Finished dressing and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:45 am- Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:47 am- Breakfast- oatmeal, banana, 8 oz of prune juice with 1 cup of Miralax. Maureen coughed three times during breakfast, sneezed twice.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1 cup.

• 9:20 am- Administered Lisinopril and Loratadin with apple sauce.

• 9:25 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 9:30 am- Facial routine.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is releasing in the chair. She had half a cup of lemon water.

• 10:15 am- Maureen had a runny nose this morning. We used the Saline mist spray.

• 10:30 am- Half a smoothie. No coughs.

• 11:00 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Her diaper was dry. Maureen will lie down on the right side starting at 11:15 pm.

• 12:15 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and she had a small formed bowel movement in. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 12:30 pm- Lunch- beets soup, eggs salad, guacamole, bottle of coconut water. Maureen coughed three times.

• 1:00 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 1:05 pm- Maureen sounds congested and her nose is still running. We used the Nebulizer treatment with Saline solution .

• 2::00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Her diaper was medium wet with a small formed bowel movement. Dalia and I cleaned and changed her. We positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:15 pm.

• 3:15 pm- Second rest break is over. Maureen's diaper was medium wet . Dalia and I cleaned and changed. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:30 pm- Fresh fruit snack.

• Maureen was congested earlier and had a runny nose. Later in the afternoon she was better. She wasn't sleepy and didn't look tired. Overall she had a good day!
