Thursday, Mar 20, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen just woke, she’s calm and receptive to sips of water vía swab.

• 8:30am Maureen’s in and out of sleep.

• 9:20am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:25am Blood pressure: 110/65, P65.

• Maureen’s temperature: 97.3.

• 9:30am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Noticed small redness spot on the left side of her neck, applied hydrocortisone cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:50am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:52am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with pear, and 8oz prune juice. Coughed twice, suction pump used.

• No Miralax administered

• Reclined Geri chair one notch for Maureen’s comfort.

• 10:35am Oral care.

• 10:45am Facial routine performed.

• 11:00am Maureen seats alert while listening to her playlist.

• 11:20am Saline and albuterol Neb treatment.

• Maureen had 2oz of lemon water before her break.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:45pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 1:00pm Lunch: Chicken and rice soup with avocado, and 9oz of coconut water. Coughed and sneezed twice.

• Maureen stayed alert for the rest of the afternoon. She had 4oz of lemon water before her break.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a medium-formed BM, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (apple/banana) and 2oz of lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 34oz.
