Thursday, June 5, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen sleeps soundly lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen still sleeps.

• 9:00am Maureen’s peacefully asleep.

• 9:30am Maureen is sleeping, repositioned on her right side.

• 9:50am Maureen calmly woke few minutes ago, now we raise her bed to administer 75 mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:55am Blood pressure: 102/60, P58.

• 10:00am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed.

  Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a medium-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed Maureen to the living room.

• 10:20am Administered 10mg Loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:22am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, egg and avocado paste with pear, and 3oz prune juice. Maureen coughed four times, suction pump used twice.

• 11:00am Oral care.

• 11:10am Saline Neb treatment.

• 11:20am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed..

• Maureen’s phlegmy and tired today, she closed her eyes for about 20 minutes soon after her morning routine.

• 12:00m Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting period. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side.

• 12:45pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 1:00pm Lunch: Chicken and rice soup, 10oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 1:45pm Oral care.

• Maureen is way less phlegmy than this morning, she’s alert and relaxed. In the meantime, she drank 8oz lemon water.

• 2:35pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting period. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, then positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen’s enjoying her fruit snack ( melon/pear/kiwi) and 2oz lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 32oz.
