Thursday, June 26, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, sound asleep.

8:25AM - Maureen coughed, made a sound and moved however, eyes still closed and back to sleep after.

8:40AM - She finally woke up with a very light twitching that lasted for 5mins. We places her in an upright position after, Tom gave her sips of water via swab. We also gave her the 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. Diaper was dry, skin on sacrum is completely healed. We cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon barrier film and Calazinc on sacrum. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

9:10AM - Maureen had 8oz lemon water before breakfast. She ate scrambled egg with tomato, onion and cheese, pear and 4oz of lemon water. Coughed 3x, sneezed 2x.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline.

10:30AM - Eye care/eye drops. Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we inserted suppository for BM. We position to face her right side.

12:25PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with XL formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

12:40PM - Lunch tuna salad, beets, rice pudding for dessert and 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x and sneezed once.

1:30PM - BP: 104/62, P: 74bpm, O2: 99%

1:45PM - Oral care.
