Thursday June 25, 2025 Swingshift summary

2:00 we are sitting in the front room watching a little tv, Carolyn arrived to help with afternoon transfer.


2:30 we transferred to the bedroom, Maureen was dry, so we put her on her left side and propped up with the green wedge pillows.

Carolyn is sitting in the room with her and I am running to Jewel.


3:35 rest time is over, Carolyn and I perform a clean and change of a medium wet diaper, and prepare Maureen for transfer to the front room.


4:00 I cut up some fresh watermelon and Carolyn is feeding Maureen.


4:45 saline nebulizer treatment


5:00 I warmed up some broccoli chicken casserole that Carolyn made, along with some baked peaches for dessert, Maureen had another 8 ounces of orange flavored sparkling water for dinner.


6:00 12.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg of OLANZAPINE were administered with a little applesauce.


6:10 cleanup and oral care were performed.


6:25 Kathy and I transferred Maureen to the bedroom, she was still dry after we put a fresh

T-shirt on for the night, so we propped her up on her left side. I will be sure to let Luda know that she needs the Cavilon products applied when she changes her.
