4:00PM - Came in with Maureen finishing up her fruit snacks on her recliner, watching her fave game show.

5:10PM - Maureen's dinner was beef with broccoli and rice, a cup of lemon water. She has been responsive with our talks and in good spirit. **Coughed 2x.

6:05PM - Administered 5mg Olanzapine with yogurt and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:20PM - Oral care.

6:40PM - Maureen looking sleepy. Transferred to the bedroom. Night care. Diaper was very heavy wet. Sacrum skin looking better and less red. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Applied Vicks on chest and Cetaphil lotion on lower extremities. Positioned facing left side, 2 wedges on the back, and pillows in between legs.
