Thursday, June 20 Swing shift summary

• 5:00 pm- Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:05 pm- Dinner- Chicken parmigiana, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 6:00 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10 pm - Evening oral care.

• 6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was light wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned Maureen's face and applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
