Thursday, July 3, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen’s calmly waking up, she’s lying on her left side.

• 8:30am Maureen is still sleepy.

• 9:12am Maureen’s awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:17am Blood pressure: 118/68, P 58.

  O2: 99.

• 9:22am Joanna and I started our day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the living area.

• 9:30am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:35am Breakfast starts with 9oz of lemon water by teaspoon followed by scrambled egg with tomato and onion, pear, and 6oz of prune juice by teaspoon (successful reducing coughed). Maureen coughed twice.

• 10:25am Oral care.

• 10:35am Saline Neb treatment.

• 10:45am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• Applied Triamcinolone cream to Maureen’s left hand bump.

• Maureen relaxed her arms and neck closing her eyes for 15 minutes before her break time.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side. HR: 66, O2: 92.

• 12:30pm First break ends: Clean/change a heavy wet diaper. Dressed and headed to the living area.

• 12:45pm Lunch: Ñoquis with Alfredo sauce, and 8oz of sparkling water by teaspoon . Maureen coughed three times and her nose was runny during lunch.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• Maureen closed her eyes for 20 minutes just before her break time. While napping her oxigen level was 97 and heart rate 66.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her left side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi), and 2oz of lemon water.

• Total liquids ingested: 25oz.
