4:45pm, bathroom, medium wet, cleaned and changed, no activity on toile, back in recliner by 5:05

6:15pm, dinner, bbq chicken with corn and a full cup of wate.

7:30pm, 5mg. OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5ml VIMPAT followed by oral care and cleanup, then ready for bed.

8:00pm, bed, asleep by 8:30
