Thursday July 20, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s resting confortable in the recliner watching tv.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Fab 4 pizza and a cup of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed every piece! She didn’t coughed.

• 6:00pm Evening meds, 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with Greek yogurt.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm Transferred Maureen to bed. changed and cleaned a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned her face and hands then applied Vicks to her chest - Cetaphil to her face and extremities.

• 6:55pm Positioned on her Lt side, Maureen goes to sleep.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.3, pulse: 71, O2: 97.
