Thursday July 2,2026 Daytime Update.

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s was giving her sips of water via swab,No signs of pain or any distress.

We check the left foot red spot already gone but still showing a swollen.

9:40AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

she drink 6oz of thickened cold water.

Cough once

10:41AM- Morning care. Wash her upper extremities with warm purple wipes. Diaper was medium wet with small VD brownish but odorless. We Cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent silicone cream on posterior and inner thighs. We washed Maureen’s left breast using

(skintegrity and gauze sponges)

We shampoo and wash her hair.

We dressed her and moved to the front room.

11::10PM- Check BP 117/72

11:15AM- Breakfast- Scrambled egg with onions, tomatoes and cheese with kiwi finished 8oz thickened 8oz orange juice, Maureen ate well.  Coughed2x suction once

11:45AM- Administered 10mg of Loratadine  and 20ml cough syrup (Geri-Tussin)all with apple sauce.

No cough

11:50AM- giving her neb treatment with Albuterol.

12:00PM- Oral care, facial and hand care routine.

12:00PM- Maureen is relaxing and listening to music.

1:25PM- Maureen had  fruit Yogurt for a snack with some shrimp salad and a small bowl of thickened Soup Maureen finished 8oz of thickened sparkling water. Cough once suction once.

2:20PM- We transferred her to the bedroom, diaper was dry . We position her to face the right side.

3:30PM- Rest break ended already. Diaper was light wet and small VD bloody but odorless. We cleaned and changed . We dressed Maureen  and move to the front room.

3:45PM- she had 10oz of thickened coconut water.

4:00PM- giving her 2nd Neb treatment with Albuterol.

4:15PM-checked diaper, was dry.

4:35PM - a bowl of Tomato soup. Maureen finished her food and She finished 10oz thickened flavored sparkling water.

Cough3x suction3x

:25PM- Administer 5mg of Olanzapine 12.5ml Vimpat and cough syrup 20ml (Gerri-Tussin) all with apple sauce.

5:45PM- Oral care.

6:00PM- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper heavy wet ,no VD . We cleaned and changed, applied Prevent silicon cream on posterior and inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. We washed Maureen’s left breast ( skintegrity and gauze sponges) Applied Triamcinolone 0.1% Ointment her right foot is still showing some swollen. Position to face the left side.
