9:30 am: Maureen is awake.
Temp: 97.2
Tom gave her few sips of water via swab.
9:40 am: We placed Maureen in an upright position.
Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
5 oz of water (with thickener)
10:00 am: Me and Tom washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.
Dry diaper. Medium brown discharge.
Cleaned and changed.
Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.
We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her right foot.
We washed her left breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity spray.
Coughing- 2 times

10 35 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.
10:50 am: Breakfast: waffles with butter and jelly, kiwi.
Administered 10 mg of Cetirizine Hcl with apple souce.
Administered Geri-Tussin with apple souce.
Coughing- 5 times.

4 oz of prune juice with thickener.
Coughing - 5 times
Suction - 4 times
12:00 pm: Nebulizer.
12:15 pm: Oral care.
Face routine.
12:30 pm - 12:50 NAP
1:30 pm: lunch: tomato soup, yogurt

2:30 pm - we took Maureen to the bedroom for break-rest
Very wet diaper.
XL formed BM (while getting changed on the bed)
Cleaned and changed.
3:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the living room.
Dry diaper.
4:00 pm: Nebulizer.
4:30 pm: Dinner: Shrimp Salad with some Potato’s Salad
8 oz of sprinkle water with thickener.
5:00 pm: Administered 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.
5:20 pm: Administred: 12,5 ml of Vimpat and Geri-Tussin with apple souce.
Coughing- a lot of cough
Section- 5 times
5:30 pm: Oral Care.
6:00 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.
Dry diaper.
Cleaned and changed. Administered Prevent Silicone Cream.
We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her foot.
We washed left breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity.
We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.
Positioned Maureen on her left side.
