Thursday, July 10, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen Is calmly waking up; receptive to sips of water via swab afterward.

• 8:30am Maureen went back to sleep.

• 9:20am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:25am Blood pressure: 101/60, P: 71,

  O2: 93.

• 9:30am Joanna and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a dark brown stain and some yellowish vaginal discharge, applied Cavilon barrier film to sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:50am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 9:52am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, scrambled egg with tomato and onion, apple, and 4oz prune juice. Maureen coughed three times, suction pump used twice.

• 10:25am Oral care.

• 10:30am Saline Neb treatment.

• 10:40am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.

• 10:50am We go with Maureen for a walk around the neighborhood. She stayed alert all the way.

• Once back Maureen had 6oz lemon water.

• 11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side. She was very tired and closed her eyes as soon as was in bed sleeping for a whole hour.

• 12:40pm O2: 96, P: 69.

• 12:45pm Maureen wouke up slightly jumpy for about 8 minutes. When she calmed Down, diaper was dry. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 1:10pm Lunch: Chicken and rice soup, and 9oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed twice during meal.

• 2:00pm Oral care.

• Maureen stayed alert the whole time after lunch .

• 2:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper with a small-yellowish vaginal discharge, positioned on her left side.

• 3:35pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:50pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear/apple).

• Total liquids ingested: 28oz.
