Thursday January 13, 2022 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner. Julie, RN is here for a visit.

• 5:10pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Maureen’s diaper is wet. We cleaned up, applied Cavilon barrier cream to appropriate areas, and put on a new diaper. Transferred Maureen to the Geri chair after.

• 5:48pm Dinnertime - pasta, meatloaf, and carrots.

  • Maureen coughed twice. No red face.

• 6:30pm Administered 5mg OLAZAPINE with chocolate pudding, 7.5mL VIMPAT, and 20mL Robitussin.

• 6:36pm Oral care.

• 6:40pm Facial cleanse using Cetaphil, washed Maureen’s upper body with Aloe Vesta cleansing foam, and Vicks applied to chest.

• 7:00pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Her diaper is wet - cleaned up, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Tolcylen applied to both big toes. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.

• 7:13pm Maureen is sound asleep.
