Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026 - Daytime Update

8:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, comfortable while sleeping. Tom informed she woke up earlier and went back to sleep after sips of water via swab.

9:00AM - Repositioned Maureen to the right, still sleeping.

9:30AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes - still looking sleepy. No signs of any discomfort/distress. Will wait for her to be fully ready to start her day. Gave her another sips of water via swab.

9:50AM - We placed her in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Me and Joanna washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was medium wet with very small, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing and transferred to the front room.

10:15AM - Maureen took 10 oz lemon water. Administered 1 itab of 500mg Ciprofloxacin (crushed) and 10 mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - scrambled egg, pear and 8 oz apple sauce. Maureen ate very well. Coughed once.

10:50AM - Oral care.

10:55AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine after.

11:20AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:50PM - Maureen had a 20min nap.

Lunch - chicken and veggie soup, and 11 oz coconut water. Maureen made multiple sneezes and 2 coughs.

2:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

Total liquid intake - 29 oz
