  • 4:00pm Maureen’s in the living room, resting comfortably in her recliner. She fell sleep soon after.

  • 5:00pm Dinner: meatloaf muffin, mashed potatoes, cauliflower, lemon water. Maureen ate with closed eyes and couldn’t finish her dinner, she was too sleepy.

  • 6:00 Administered 12.5ml vimpay, 5mg olanzapine w/parfait.

  • 6:08pm Maureen had a mild episode. I happened right after she took her meds. This time, she just opened her eyes, NOT wide, there was no twitch until she suddenly jump and then opened her eyes wider. Her pulse went up to 136 going down within 2 minutes. O2: 94. The whole episode lasted about 4 minutes. Lorazepam wasn’t administered because, she has already taken vimpat.

  • 6:30pm Oral care.

  • 6:40pm We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and cleaned heavy wet diaper and applied 3m cream. Performed upper body wash with warmed purple wipes. Applied Vicks to her chest, cetaphil to her lower extremities and feet.

  • 7:00pm Maureen’s lying on her Lt side for the night.
