Thursday February 16, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00 pm Maureen is resting comfortably in her recliner watching tv. Carolyn came by and brought Maureen dinner:).

• 4:30pm No snoozing, Maureen’s been awake and alert.

• 5:00pm Dinner: chicken, wedge potato, spinach. Maureen enjoyed until the last bite!

• 6:00pm Administered 5 mg olanzapine w/parfait, 12.5ml vimpat.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed heavy wet diaper and applied 3m cream. Performed upper body wash with warmed purple wipes and applied nystatin under Rt breast and Rt elbow fold, Vicks to maureen chest and cetaphil to lower extremities.
