• 8:00am Maureen just woke without any signs of distress, receptive to sips of water afterward.

• 8:30am Maureen Is asleep.

• 9:10am Maureen’s awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 9:12am Blood pressure: 99/57.

  Pulse: 62

O2: 94

• 9:16am Joanna and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied skin protective film to sacrum, Cavilon barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and headed to the front room.

• 9:35am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce, She had 9oz of lemon water after.

• 9:45am Breakfast: Scrambled egg with cheese, fresh pear and 8oz of prune juice. Maureen coughed twice during meal, suction pump used once.

• 10:35am Oral care.

• 10:45am Eyes wash/droops and facial routine performed.

• Maureen took a 30 minutes nap soon after she was done with her morning routine.

• 11:45am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 12:40pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the front room.

• 12:55pm Lunch: Chicken/rice soup with avocado mash and 11oz of root beer. Maureen coughed four times and sneezed once during meal.

• Despite being tired today, Maureen stayed awake the whole time after lunch. She had 10oz of electrolyte drink before her break.

• 2:40pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper, positioned on her right side.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/pear).

• Total liquids ingested: 38oz.
