Thursday Aug. 12, 2021 Swing shift summary

4:00pm, Maureen was drinking water from time to time while relaxing, watching tv.

4:30pm, bathroom, pull-ups was very wet, cleaned and changed, no activity on toilet, returned to recliner till dinner, actually took a ten minute nap.

6:00pm, dinner, pork tenderloin with bbq sauce, mixed vegetables, risotto, and a full cup of water, she fell asleep during dinner too, about five minutes.

7:00pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5ml of VIMPAT were administered.

7:25pm, oral care followed by cleanup of face, hands and arms.

8:00pm, getting ready for bed, cleaned and changed from medium wet pull-ups to a fresh diaper. Some redness, Desetin applied to bottom, CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes and laying on left side, asleep by 8:15.
