Thursday April 6, 2023 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is watching tv, sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Shepherd pie; enjoyed until the last bit! Coughed four times.

• 5:30pm Maureen finished drinking a full cup of lemon water!

• 6:00pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with jello.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm Tom and I headed Maureen to the bedroom. Changed and cleaned a heavy wet diaper and a couple of marbles of a BM., applied Cavilon cream. Washed Maureen upper body with warmed purple wipes and aloe vesta; applied Vicks to her chest and Cetaphil to her lower extremities.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.4, HR: 63, O2: 95.

• 7:00pm Positioned on her Lt side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
