Thursday, April 24, 2025 Daytime update

• 8:00am Maureen líes on her left sleeping soundly.

• 8:30am Maureen recently opened her, accepted sips of water vía swab going back to sleep soon after.

• 9:00am Maureen is sleeping.

• 9:30am Maureen’s still asleep.

• 9:55am Maureen is awake, we raised the bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 10:00am Blood pressure: 99/59, P63.

• 10:05am Joanna and I started the day giving Maureen an upper body bath using warm purple wipes, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a medium-yellowish vaginal discharge, applied calazinc to labia and outer anal, fading redness. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 10:20am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.

• 10:22am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, waffle with baked apple and pear, 8oz prune juice. Coughed four times, sneezed twice.

• No Miralax administered

• 11:05am Oral care.

• 11:15am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed

• Maureen napped for about 20 minutes as soon she was done with her morning routine..

• 11:40am Saline Neb treatment.

• 12:00m Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Diaper is dry, positioned on her right side. She closed her eyes for 30 minutes during break.

• 12:50pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living room.

• 1:05pm Lunch: Gnocci with vodka sauce, 9oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 1:50pm Oral care.

• Despite Maureen being tired today, she stayed awake after meal.

• 2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a large-formed BM, re-aapplied calazinc to fading labia redness, then positioned on her left side. At the end, she closed her eyes for about 20 minutes.

• 3:30pm Second break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.

• 3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple/banana).

• Total water ingested: 26oz.
