8:00AM - Maureen is sleeping when we came in - calmly lying on her left side.
8:30AM - Maureen still sleeping.
9:00AM - Maureen soundlessly sleeping still.
9:30AM - Maureen finally woke up and 5 mins after, we gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
9:40AM - Me and Joanna started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes. Less redness on left underarm - applied Nystatin. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Skin still slightly open, no redness - applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Finished dressing then transferred to kitchen.
9:55AM - Administered 1 tab 50mg of Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce. Maureen had a cup of lemon water as well.
10:05AM - Breakfast was 8oz prune juice, fruit/oatmeal smoothie and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Coughed once.
10:20AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.
10:30AM - Oral care. **Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort.
10:35AM - Eye care/ eye wash routine, followed by facial and hand care routine.
11:00AM - Maureen sitting comfortably on her recliner - relaxed and awake while listening to her music.
11:30AM - Maureen had sips of water.
BP: 100/60, P: 79 bpm
11:45AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st resr break. Diaper was dry. Position to face her right side.
12:45PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with medium soft bowel movement. Cleaned thoroughly and changed Maureen then, moved to the kitchen.
1:00PM - Lunch was egg salad, beets, chicken noodle soup, and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Coughed once, sneezed once. Reclined geri chair one notch after.
1:40PM - Oral care.
**Maureen had 1/4 cup of lemon water.
2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face her left side.
3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We dressed Maureen then moved to the front room.
3:45PM - Maureen had 1/4 cup of lemon water before fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).
