Thursday, Apr. 11, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen just woke up when we came in. According to Tom, she woke up around 6:15am and shortly after went back to sleep. Maureen is calmly lying on her left side.

8:30AM - In an upright position, we administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - Me and Joanna started to wash Maureen's upper body with warmed purple wipes - no redness on skin/rashes observed. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Finished dressing then proceed to the kitchen.

9:00AM - Breakfast started with 8oz of prune juice with 1/4 cap of MiraLAX, fruit/oatmeal smoothie and 2 spoonfuls of yogurt. Maureen also had 1/2 cup of lemon water. Coughed 3x, used the suction machine once.

MiraLAX daily dose - 1/4 cap

9:35AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with smoothie.

9:45AM - Oral care.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:50AM - Eye care and eye drops routine followed by facial and hand care.

10:25AM - Maureen looking relaxed while sitting - awake and listening to music.

BP: 118/63, P: 73 bpm

11:30AM - Maureen had a 20min nap before we moved her to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was dry. We position her to face the right side.

12:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet with medium soft bowel movement. We cleaned thoroughly and changed Maureen then, proceed to the kitchen after dressing.

12:50PM - Lunch was tuna salad, carrots and veggie soup. Maureen had 2 spoonfuls of yogurt and finished a cup of sparkling water. Coughed once

1:25PM - Maureen had 1/2 cup of lemon water.

Oral care.

2:30PM - Maureen stayed awake the whole time after lunch just listening to music. We transferred her to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large soft bowel movement - we cleaned, dried and changed her. Position to face her left side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was dry - we dressed Maureen then transferred to the front room.

3:48PM - Fruit snack time (kiwi, pear and melon).
