4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching her favorites show.

4:55 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: dinner: Lobster, Brussels sprouts.

3/4 cup of lemon water.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

5:50 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon cream.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion on her face, legs, feet and hands.

Temp.: 96.8

Oxygen: 99

Heart Rate: 68

6:55 pm: asleep.
