8:05 am Changed-mild wet, bed bath, applied A&D on taIlbone, also MUPIROCIN on lower button.

9:00 Breakfast-scrambled eggs with chicken sausages, 1/2 cup of prune juice and one cup of water.

10:00 New oral care. Carol visit and help with oral care.

10:25 Nurse Ginny came to visit

11:00 Changed-mild wet in the bed. Nurse observed Maureen sore and showed how to apply CAVILON. 11:30 Maureen was moved to the recliner chair.One cup of water.

12:05pm Andy visit and give a communion to Maureen.

1:20 Change in the bathroom-large bowel movement in the toilet.

1:40 Lunch-pasta with chicken and one cup of water.

2:30 Sister Roberta visit, she provided the massage and Reiki. 3:40 Bowl of fruits
