8:00AM - Maureen was awake, she was lying on her left side. Tom informed that she has been having blood discharges since Friday evening shift.

We decided to check and change her. Diaper was medium wet with some bright red (fresh) blood discharges and some still coming out while we were cleaning Maureen. No facial or body signs of pain or distress. We applied Cavilon barrier film and Cavilon cream. We let her stay on bed until the nurse comes.

8:30AM - In an upright position, we administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

**Maureen closed her eyes and went back to sleep after.

8:45AM - Carolyn arrived.

9:00AM - Ashley, RN from Journey Care came. Checked Maureen's vaginal opening as well as the blood discharges. She recommended to pause the cranberry juice/pill and Triamcinolone Acetonide cream. Continue to have her take the rest of her medicine and observe the consistency and amount of the blood discharges for atleast a week.

BP: 154/74

9:40AM - We finished dressing Maureen and transferred to the kitchen.

9:50AM - Breakfast was 8oz prune juice with 1 cap MiraLAX, Activia yogurt and omelette. Maureen also had 3/4 cup of lemon water. Coughed 2x and she was able to cough out the phlegm - used suction machine.

10:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

10:50AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine, followed.

11:15AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the regular Sunday service.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet with blood discharge ( small spot, darker red sticky with clots). We cleaned and changed her then, position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and headed to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch was fruit/oatmeal smoothie and a cup of coconut water. Coughed 3x, suction twice.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort prior to lunch.

1:20PM - Oral care.

1:40PM - Maureen is sitting comfortably on her chair, silent - looking just a little bit sleepy.

2:00PM - Sips of water.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was dry. We position to face her left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with blood spotting (a little darker red with clots). We cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred to the front room.
