Sunday, Sept. 22, 2024 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen's sitting comfortably on her recliner, enjoying the massage. Stayed awake. Sister Roberta also trimmed and filed her nails.

4:50PM - Diaper is dry.

5:05PM - Dinner - baked salmon and brussel sprouts. She had one cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

6:00PM - Administered 1 tab 50mg Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce, 5mg Olanzapine and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:35PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet with a little more cloudy discharges. We cleaned her using tepid water, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side, pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back

6:55PM - Maureen is sleeping.
