Sunday, Sept. 1, 2024 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen was already awake - lying on her left side with Tom on bed with her. Tom informed that Maureen woke up around 7:00am and had sips of water via swab then, went back to close her eyes at 7:30am.

8:35AM - In an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Tom started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - skin is clear from rashes or redness. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on folds. We finished dressing then, transferred to the kitchen.

9:05AM - Administered 1 tab 50mg Senna S (crushed) with apple sauce.

Breakfast - cut up pear, 8oz prune juice, omelette and Activia. Maureen finished 3/4 cup of lemon water. She ate very well and coughed 2x.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

9:50AM - Oral care. Followed with facial and hand care routine.

10:10AM - Went out for a walk to get some fresh air and sunshine.

10:50AM - Came back from a very nice walk. Nice breeze outside. Maureen stayed awake the whole time.

**Maureen had half a cup of lemon water.

11:15AM - Deacon Andy arrived for the Sunday service.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:35PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed Maureen and moved to the kitchen.

12:45PM - Lunch - oatmeal/fruit smoothie and half a cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed 2x, sneezed once.

**Reclined geri chair one notch for Maureen's comfort prior to lunch.

BP: 110/63, P: 60 bpm

1:15PM - Oral care.

1:30PM - Maureen has been sitting straight and relaxed on her recliner, listening to the music.

2:00PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changer her. Position to face the left side.

3:00PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. Proceed to dress Maureen and transferred to the front room.

**Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's regular massages.

3:20PM - Maureen had half a cup of lemon water prior to fruit snack (kiwi, pear and melon).

4:00PM - Maureen is enjoying the massage.

4:40PM - Diaper is dry.

5:05PM - Dinner was chicken limone and cauliflower. She had a cup of lemon water. Coughed 3x and 1 sneeze.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side, pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:50PM - Maureen is sleeping.
