Sunday October 10, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in her recliner, enjoying her fruit snack.

• 5:50pm Maureen’s pull-up is wet so we headed to the bathroom. There was no activity after 10 minutes. We cleaned up, put on a new pull-up, and returned to the recliner.

• 6:20pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate a chicken bake casserole with apple and a cup of water.

• 7:12pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care, facial cleanse, and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands, and arms followed after.

• 7:40pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is wet - cleaned with 3M cleanser, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a fresh diaper. Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Body pillows placed on either side of bed. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is turned on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and white block pillow placed in between her legs.
