Sunday Oct. 17, 2021 Daytime summary

7:30am, I checked Maureen, she was still dry, quietly talking to herself.

8:00am, Barb arrived, went in and laid next to Maureen for a while, around 8:30, we started our day with a wash up, using the warmed up wipes in the purple packet, CAVILON spray and cream used, a fresh diaper was put on and dressed in pants and long sleeved shirt for the day. The sling was put in place for transfer to the geri chair and off to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:20am, thyroid pill was administered with applesauce, 1/2 a cup of prune juice, with a 1/2 capful of miralax, a full cup of water, scrambled cheesy eggs with chicken sausage was enjoyed by the all. Maureen had a spoonful of honey, as well as her other morning meds with applesauce.

10:30am, oral care and cleanup, followed by exercises were next on the agenda.

11:15am, back to the bedroom for a change of a medium wet diaper, cleaned and put a fresh diaper, redressed and then Deacon Andy was kind enough to bring us Communion.

11:45am, time for a rest, off of her tailbone, laying in bed on her left side,

Barb is sitting with her.

1:15pm, after a couple catnaps, we checked Maureen and sure enough, was in need of a change, medium wet and a small formed BM, cleaned very well and put on a fresh diaper, redressed for lunch, transferred to the Geri chair and to the kitchen.

1:45pm, lunchtime, 1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread, a cup of water and two chocolate chip cookies.
