Sunday November 28, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:35pm We roused Maureen from her rest. Her diaper is wet - cleaned using 3M cleanser spray and put on a new diaper. We transferred Maureen to the Geri chair after and headed to her recliner.

• 5:15pm Fruit smoothie time.

• 6:20pm Dinnertime. Maureen will eat chicken from Raising Canes with fries and coleslaw. She drank one cup of water.

• 6:47pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care followed After.

• 7:20pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Her diaper is wet - cleaned up using the 3M cleanser spray, applied Cavilon barrier cream to appropriate areas, and put on a new diaper. Tolycen applied to both right and left big toe. Vicks applied to chest. Head of the bed elevated. Body pillows placed on either side. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white Block pillow placed in between her legs.
