Sunday, November 24 Daytime update

8:00 am- Maureen is awake . Tom is giving her some water via swab. He said that Maureen woke up around 7:30 am.
8:30 am- We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:35 am- We started the day. Maureen’s diaper was medium wet. There was a clear, thick vaginal discharge. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We cleaned Maureen’s upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
8:50 am- Breakfast- Omelette, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/2 cup of Miralax, activia yogurt, cup of water. Maureen coughed twice.
9:25 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with yogurt.
Daily Miralax dosage- 1/2 cup.
9:30 am- Morning oral care.
9:40 Facial routine.
10:00 am- Maureen is resting in the chair, hands are very relaxed.
10:25 am- Maureen closed her eyes.
11:05 am- After taking a half hour nap, we transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break.Diaper was dry. We positioned her on the right side at 11:15 am.
11:30 am- BP- 115/70
12:15 pm- Maureen’s first rest break is over now. Her diaper is wet with clear vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed . Dressed and transferred Maureen to the living room. She will watch the Bears game with Tom.
12:30 pm- Lunch- Oatmeal smoothie with banana and frozen fruit, cup of coconut water. Maureen coughed and sneezed a lot.
1:00 pm- Oral care.
1:15 pm- Deacon Andy arrives for Sunday service.
1:50 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was dry. She will lay down for an hour starting at 2:00 pm.
3:00 pm- Maureen’s second rest break ended. Diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.
3:10 pm- Maureen is enjoying Sister Roberta’s treatment.
4:00 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, pear and kiwi. Maureen coughed once.
4:50 pm- Maureen’s diaper is dry.
5:00 pm- Dinner- chicken with broccoli. Maureen coughed twice.
5:30 pm- We applied Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1 % cream on Maureen’s left hand.
5:50 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:10 pm- Evening oral care.
6:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet with a small soft bowel movement and a little vaginal discharge. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream. Cleaned Maureen’s face and applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.
