Sunday, November 19, 2023: Dayshift Summary

8:00 AM. Arrived Maureen is still sleeping.


8:20 AM. Put Maureen on an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.


8:40 AM. Maureen seems sleepy and closing her eyes.


8:50 AM. Maureen seemed more awake. Started her day by washing face and upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness noticed. Diaper was medium wet; cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon film on sacrum and Cavilon cream om the rest of perineal area. Finished dressing her up then head to the kitchen for breakfast.


9:10 AM. Started breakfast with 6oz of Prune juice with 1/2 cap of Miralax. Followed by an omelet and a cup of lemon water. She also had some yogurt. **coughed 1x


9:30 AM. Administered 10mg of Loratidine with yogurt.


9:40 AM. Oral, facial and hand care done. Reclined her chair one notch for comfort.


10:30 AM. Maureen is napping comfortably on her chair.


**made a watermelon water for Maureen since she is not drinking not lemon water. Blended some watermelon and mix it with water. She liked it a lot.


11:20 AM. Deacon Andy came for Sunday service.


11:40 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. The diaper was dry. Positioned her facing right side.


12:45 PM. 1st rest break is done. Diaper was dry. Noticed 2 small red spots on Maureen's left cheek. Made Tom aware. Will keep on observing it. Proceed transferring to kitchen for lunch.


1:00 PM. Lunch was organic smoothie with oatmeal and 12oz of sparkling water. **coughed 2x


1:20 PM. Oral care done.


1:25 PM. BP was 110/65, pulse was 53bpm


2:00 PM. Applied Hydrocortisone cream on the red spots on Maureen's cheek.


2:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet. She also had medium loose BM. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing left side.


3:10 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Proceed transferring her to the front room.


3:15 PM. Sister Roberta came for Maureen's massage. Fruit snack was given too. She enjoyed it a lot. **red spots look better and lighter in color.


5:00 PM. BP was 105/70 and pulse was 72bpm


5:15 PM. Dinner was bbq chicken tenders and fries and half a cup of watermelon water.


6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with parfait.


6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.


6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. She also had small loose bowel movement. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream om her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.

Temp: 97.4°

Pulse: 76bpm

O2:97%
