8:00 AM. Arrived Maureen is awake. According to Tom, she has been awake since around 6 AM

8:10 AM. Put Maureen on an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. **coughed once

8:20 AM. Maureen seems sleepy and closing her eyes.

8:40 AM. Maureen seemed more awake. Started her day by washing face and upper body with warm purple wipes. A light redness was noticed on her right underarm fold, applied thin layer of Nyastatin cream. Will keep observing. Diaper was medium wet; cleaned, dried and changed. Sprayed Cavilon batrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream om the rest of perineal area. Finished dressing her up then head to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:10 AM. Started breakfast with 8oz of Prune juice with 1/2 cap of Miralax. Followed by an omelet and a cup of lemon water. She also had some yogurt. **coughed 1x

9:35 AM. Administered 10mg of Loratidine with apple sauce.

9:50 AM. Oral, facial and hand care done. Reclined her chair one notch for comfort.

11:00 AM. Maureen is napping on her chair.

11:30 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing right side.

12:40 PM. 1st rest break is done. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Proceed transferring to kitchen for lunch.

12:50 PM. BP was 115/70, pulse was 65bpm

1:00 PM. Lunch was organic smoothie with fruits and oatmeal. She also finished 12oz of sparkling water and a cup of lemon water. **coughed 3x

1:30 PM. Oral care done.

2:10 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing left side.

3:00 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Proceed transferring her to the front room.

3:10 PM. Sister Roberta came for Maureen's massage. Fruit snack was given too. She enjoyed it a lot. **coughed 2x

5:00 PM. BP was 110/70 and pulse was 76bpm

5:15 PM. Dinner was Cane's chicken tenders with fries and a cup of soda.

6:00 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:15 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
