Sunday May 30, 2021 Daytime summary

8:00am, medium wet, bed bath, applied desetin, dressed for the day.

8:45am, transferred to the day chair with the Hoyer lift for breakfast. Slumping was somewhat significant, we transferred to the recliner for breakfast and morning meds.

9:30am, blood pressure was 123/79, followed by exercises and light PT

11:00am, heavy wet, cleaned, changed, and applied cream

12:30pm, lunch, 1/2 Turkey sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread with potato salad and a full cup of water

1:30pm, heavy wet, cleaned, changed, and applied cream

2:50pm, fruit snack

3:15pm, heavy wet, cleaned, changed, and applied cream
