Sunday May 15, 2022 Update

• 8:00am Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:30am Our morning begins. We washed the inner folds of Maureen’s skin. We applied Nystatin under her waist due to redness. Diaper is heavily wet - we cleaned, applied 3M products, and changed. We finished dressing, transferred Maureen to the Geri chair using the Hoyer lift, and headed to the kitchen.

• 9:14am Spoonful of Manuka honey followed by half thyroid pill with applesauce.

• 9:17am Breakfast - banana, turkey and cheese omelet, cup of water, and 4 oz prune juice.

• 9:38am Administered Lisinopril and Claritin with applesauce.

• 9:40am Administered Flonase.

• 9:45am Oral care.

• 10:02am We headed to the front room. Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 10:45am Fruit smoothie.

• 12:00pm We headed to the bedroom. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed.

• 12:15pm Deacon Andy is here to give Maureen Holy Communion.

• Rest period #1 begins at 12:35pm.

• 1:35pm Rest period #2 is through. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and changed. We transferred Maureen to the Geri chair using the Hoyer lift and headed to the kitchen.

• 1:56pm Lunch - half corned beef sandwich with Swiss cheese, sliced tomato, and a bottle of organic coconut water.

• 2:32pm Oral care.

• 2:45pm We headed to the front room. Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 3:30pm Fruit snack.

• 4:00pm We headed to the bedroom for rest period #2. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 4:15pm.

• 5:15pm Rest period #2 is through. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed. We transferred Maureen to the Geri chair using the Hoyer lift.

• 6:00pm Dinner - Korean fried chicken and curly fries from K-Coop with a cup of water.

• 6:48pm 5mg OLANZAPINE with applesauce and 7.5mL VIMPAT.

• 6:50pm Oral care.

• 7:04pm Night time facial routine. Vicks applied to chest.

• 7:25pm We headed to the bedroom. Diaper is medium wet - we cleaned and changed. Maureen is lying on her left side.
