Sunday, May 12, 2024; Daytime Summary

8:00 AM. Arrived Maureen is awake. Tom is by her side.

8:30 AM. Put Maureen on an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and sips water using the oral swab.

8:50 AM. Started Maureen's day by washing face and upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness noticed. Diaper was dry. Finished dressing her up then head to the kitchen for breakfast.

9:10 AM. She had an omelet and a cup of orange juice for breakfast. She also had half a cup of lemon water and some yogurt with 10mg Loratidine afterwards.

9:40 AM. Oral, facial and hand care done. Reclined her chair one notch for comfort.

11:00 AM. BP was 115/70 and pulse was 72bpm

11:20 AM. Deacon Andy came for Sunday service.

11:35 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet; cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on the rest of perineal area.. Positioned her facing right side.

12:40 PM. 1st rest break is done. Diaper was dry. Proceed transferring to kitchen for lunch.

12:50 PM. Lunch was organic fruit smoothie with oatmeal. She also had cup of coconut water and cake for dessert.

1:20 PM. Oral care done.

2:00 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing left side.

3:00 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Proceed transferring her to the front room.

3:15 PM. Sister Roberta came for Maureen's massage. Fruit snack was given too. She enjoyed it a lot.

3:30 PM. John, Emily came with Aden and baby Noah. Baby was introduced to Maureen. She also had half a cup of the dragonfruit drink they got for her. She liked it a lot.

5:00 PM. Checked diaper and it was light wet.

5:30 PM. Dinner was honey baked ham, broccoli, mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes with a cup of lemon water. **Maureen coughed 2x.

6:10 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.

6:20 PM. Oral and denture care done.

6:35 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.
