Sunday March 6, 2022 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner enjoying the company of Barb.

• 5:30pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Maureen’s diaper is dry. We headed to the kitchen after using the Hoyer lift.

• 5:45pm Dinner - chicken tenders from Raising Canes with fries, Texas toast, and coleslaw. Maureen will also drink one cup of water.

• 6:09pm Administered 5mg Olanzapine with chocolate pudding and 7.5mL Vimpat.

• 6:15pm Oral care followed by night time facial routine.

• 6:30pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is medium wet - we cleaned up, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Vicks applied to chest. Tolcylen applied to both big toes. Maureen is lying on her left side with two green wedge pillows behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.
