Sunday, March 17, 2024: Daytime Summary

8:00 AM. Arrived. Maureen is awake.


8:20 AM. Put Maureen on an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce and sips water using the oral swab.


8:50 AM. Started Maureen's day by washing face and upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness noticed. Diaper was medium wet; cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on the rest of perineal area. Finished dressing her up then head to the kitchen for breakfast.


9:10 AM. Administered Senna with apple sauce with 8oz of lemon water. After 10 mins, gave her a cup of prune juice with 1/4 cap Miralax. She also had an omelet and for breakfast followed with yogurt with 10mg Loratidine afterwards.


10:15 AM. Oral, facial and hand care done. Reclined her chair one notch for comfort. **noticed a reddish discoloration on her left eyelid. Tom was notified.


11:00 AM. BP was 110/75 pulse was 65bpm


11:15 AM. Sunday service done.


11:25 AM. Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom for 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing right side.


12:30 PM. 1st rest break is done. Diaper was dry. Proceed transferring to kitchen for lunch.


12:50 PM. Lunch was organic fruit smoothie with oatmeal and 3 prunes. She also had 10 oz of sparkling water.


1:20 PM. Oral care done.


2:00 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom for 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Positioned her facing left side.


3:00 PM. Rest break done. Diaper was dry. Proceed transferring her to the front room.


3:05 PM. Sister Roberta came for Maureen's massage. Fruit snack was given too. She enjoyed it a lot.


3:30 PM. Carolyn came for St Patrick day's dinner.


4:00 PM. Checked Maureen's diaper and it's light wet.

**gave her sips of water. Coughed 1x*

5:00 PM. Transferred Maureen to wheelchair for dinner. Dinner was corned beef, cabagge, carrots and onions and a cup of lemon water.


5:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to her recliner chair.


5:45 PM. Administered 5mg of Olanzapine and 12.5ml of Vimpat with apple sauce.


6:00 PM. Oral and denture care done.


6:30 PM. Transferred Maureen back to bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet. Cleaned, dried and changed. Applied Cavilon cream on her perineal area and Cetaphil lotion on her arms and legs. Positioned her facing left side.

O2: 97%

Temp: 97.3°

Pulse: 65bpm

Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's awake and lying on her R side. Observed moaning and kicking her legs when I arrived however, easily drifts back to sleep when she stops moving and/or feels comfortable. 9:55AM - Cu

 
 
 
Wednesday July 22,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update 7:00 vitals are … Temperature is 97.7° Pulse is 78 BPM Oxygen level is 94% Sleeping soundly 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably. 10:50AM- Maureen is on her left
