Sunday, June 8, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen just woke up, she's on her left side. Tom gave her sips of water via swab.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50AM - Me and Tom washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes - no redness on skin. Diaper was dry with small cloudy, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned her using water and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness on area. We changed and applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the kitchen.

9:10AM - Maureen took 10 oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had omelette, pear, 3oz of coffee and only took 2 oz of prune juice. We will finish the rest later. She coughed 2x and sneezed once.

9:40AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:50AM - Deacon Andy arrived for Maureen's regular Sunday service.

10:15AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline sol'n.

10:30AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen finished 4 oz of the prune juice.

11:20AM - It's time for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with large soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:25PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and went outside on the patio for lunch.

12:35PM - Lunch - chicken-rice and veggie soup with avocado. Maureen finished 10 oz of rootbeer. Coughed 2x.

1:25PM - Oral care.

1:40PM - Went for a walk.

2:20PM - Came back home from a good walk. Maureen's awake the entire time. She took 6 oz lemon water after.

2:30PM - It is time for a 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her left side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with large cloudy, yellowish v. discharge. We cleaned and changed her, dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:50PM - Fruit snack (banana, apple and melon). Coughed once. Finished 10oz of lemon water.

4:30PM - Diaper is dry.

5:10PM - Dinner - burger, fresh tomato and potato salad. Maureen finished 4oz lemon water. Coughed 2x, sneezed 2x.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Loratadine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on her back.

6:45PM - Maureen is sleeping.
