Sunday, June 29, 2025 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen enjoyed her fruit snack. She coughed once. Massage is still going on at this time.

5:00PM - Diaper is dry.

Tommy arrived.

Dinner - Cane's chicken fingers, coleslaw, french fries and bread. She finished 8oz of lemon water. Maureen enjoyed dinner. Coughed 2x and sneeze once.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml of Vimpat.

Maureen took 2oz of lemon water.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied cavilon cream on inner thighs. Applied Cetaphil cream on face, arms and legs. Positioned to face the left side with pillow in between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:52PM - Maureen's asleep.
