Sunday, June 22, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, looking comfortable while lying on her left side.

8:35AM - We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:55AM - Me and Tom started to wash Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes. No redness on skin. Diaper was dry with medium, brownish v. discharge. Skin on sacrum appears less red and looking better. We cleaned using water and cleanser. We changed and applied Cavilon barrier film and Calazinc cream on sacrum. Applied Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and moved to the front room.

9:10AM - Maureen had 8oz of lemon water before breakfast. She had omelette, pear and 6oz of prune juice. Coughed 2x, sneezed once.

9:50AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

10:00AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline, followed.

10:20AM - Facial and hand care routine.

11:00AM - Maureen's leaning back on the recliner - comfortable and awake while watching game shows.

11:30AM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium formed BM. We cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:40PM - 1st resr break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - french toast with bacon and syrup. Maureen finished 12 oz of sparkling water. Coughed 3x, sneezed once.

1:30PM - Oral care.

1:50PM - Deacon Andy arrived for Maureen's regular Sunday service.

2:10PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was still clean and dry. We position to face her left side.

3:00PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was heavy wet, we did a clean and change. Dressed Maureen and moved to the front room.

3:10PM - Sister Roberta arrived.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (banana, apple, melon). Maureen finished 8 oz lemon water. Coughed 2x.
