Sunday, June 18, 2023: Daytime Summary

8:00 AM: Maureen is still sleeping.

8:20 AM: Maureen started waking up. Raised the bed to put her on upright position after a few minutes and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:50 AM: Started Maureen's day. Washed face with warm purple wipes and body with Aloe vesta. Diaper was heavy wet. She also had Large formed bowel movement. Cleaned and changed thoroughly. Noticed the red spots on her sacrum area. Made Tom aware and he said it's been there since yesterday. Will keep a close eye on it. Transferred Maureen to kitchen for breakfast.

9:15 AM: Breakfast- omelette, 1/4 pear, 6oz prune juice with 1/4 cap Miralax and a cup of lemon water. Coughed and sneezed once during breakfast.

10:00 AM: Administered the rest of medication with apple sauce (Lisinopril and Loratidine)

10:15 AM: Reclined the Gerri chair for Maureen's comfort.

10:20 AM: Oral, facial and hand care done.

General observation- Maureen has runny nose this morning. Sprayed saline to moisturized nostrils

11:15 AM: Deacon Andy came for Sunday service.

11:30 AM: Transferred Maureen back to bed. She had medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Positioned her to be facing right.

12:30 PM: First break done. Diaper was dry. Transfefded Maureen to the kitchen for lunch.

12:45 PM: Lunch- organic fruit smoothie with lemon water.

1:15 PM: Oral care done.

1:30 PM: Went out for a walk. Then stayed in the backyard after.

2:10 PM: Transferred Mauren back to bed for 2nd rest break. Diaper is still dry. Positioner her to be facing left.

2:50 PM: 2nd Rest break done. Maureen had medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Her red spots doesn't look so red anymore. Transferred Maureen to the front room.

3:10 PM: Sister Roberta came.

3:30 PM: Fresh fruit snack was given while Maureen is watching TV and while having her massage treatment.

5:00 PM: Dinner- stir fried noodles with chicken and apple sauce with lemon water. She finished the food.

5:50 PM: Adminitered Olanzapine and 12.5 ml of Vimpat with yogurt.

6:15 PM: Oral care done.

6:45 PM: Transferred Maureen back to the bedroom. She had heavy wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Also applied Cetaphil lotion in her body and extremities and Vicks on her chest.
