5:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the living room and watching TV.

Dry diaper.

5:10 pm: Dinner: Chicken with French Fries and Coleslaw

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

11 oz of water.

5:55 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. Medium descharge of BLOOD.

Cleaned and changed ( the diaper plus extra pad)

Applied Cavilon cream.

Administered 1 tablet of Acetaminophen.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

We will check again.

7:10 pm: Maureen is asleep.

8:00 pm:

O2-97

P-68

9:30 pm: medium wet diaper.

Small discharge of blood.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned to the right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned to the left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned to the right side.

4:45 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned to the left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
