Sunday July 4, 2021 Swingshift Update

4:00pm Maureen is returning to the recliner assisted by Alla and Tom.
6:00pm Maureen’s pull-up is dry so we skipped our usual trip to the bathroom and headed to the kitchen for dinner.
6:10pm Dinnertime. Maureen ate her chicken kabob, vegetables, corn, and pasta salad and drank one cup of water and 2/3 of her Venti mango dragonfruit Starbucks drink. Dinner was challenging, Maureen leaned to the left and forward even with the green wedge pillow in place.
7:12pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.
7:31pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen To Bed. Pull-up is wet, cleaned and put on a fresh diaper. No redness seen. Socks removed and Vicks Applied to chest. Pillow placed in between legs and body pillows placed on both sides. Head of the bed elevated. Maureen is turned to her right side.
8:39pm Maureen is now asleep.
