4:00 pm, Maureen was sitting in recliner after a relaxing massage from Sister Roberta

5:00pm, we transferred her to the day chair, using the Hoyer lift, went to the room and changed her light wet diaper, with a small formed BM. We returned to front room till dinner.

6:15pm, dinner, chicken, potatoes, and carrots, with a full cup of water,

no coughing during dinner.

7:15pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5ml VIMPAT, followed by oral care and cleanup.

7:30pm, transferred to bed, cleaned and changed, CICLOPIROX on big toes and resting on right side.

She was talking quietly for a while, fell asleep by 9:00
