Sunday, January 5 Daytime update

  • 8:00 am- Maureen is asleep. She is laying on her left side.

  • 8:30 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

  • 8:50 am- Maureen is calmly waking up.

  • 9:00 am- We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • 9:05 am- Maureen looks ready to start the day. Her diaper was dry, we changed it, cleaned and applied Cavilon barrier film and Cavilon cream. There was no vaginal discharge. We washed Maureen’s upper body, dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 9:15 am- Breakfast- omelette, 8 oz of prune juice with 1 cup of Miralax, pear, activia yogurt, cup of water, sips of coffee. Maureen coughed twice.

  • Daily Miralax dosage- 1 cup.

  • 9:50 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with yogurt.

  • 10:00 am- Morning oral care.

  • 10:10 am- Facial routine.

  • 10:20 am- BP- 115/65

  • 10:30 am- Maureen is comfortably resting in the chair, listening to music.

  • 11:20 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:30 am.

  • 12:30 pm- Maureen’s first rest break is over. Her diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred her to the kitchen.

  • 12:40 pm- Lunch- Lentil soup, cheese and turkey on the side, cup of coconut water, mini velvet cupcake for dessert. Maureen coughed twice.

  • 1:15 pm- Oral care.

  • 1:50 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Her diaper was medium wet. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Inserted a suppository . Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:00 pm.

  • 3:00 pm- Maureen’s second rest break ended. She had extra large soft bowel movement. We cleaned her thoroughly. Dressed and headed to the front room.

  • 3:15 pm- Maureen is enjoying Sister Roberta’ s treatment.

  • 4:00 pm- Fresh fruit snack. No coughs .

  • 4:30 pm- Deacon Andy came for the Sunday service.

  • 5:00 pm- Dinner- Rigatoni with sausage, green peas and mushrooms, cup of water. Maureen coughed three times.

  • 5:40 pm- Administered 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5 ml of Vimpat.

  • 5:45 pm- Evening oral care.

  • 6:10 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier cream. Washed her face and applied Cetaphil lotion to her face, upper and lower extremities.

Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's awake and lying on her R side. Observed moaning and kicking her legs when I arrived however, easily drifts back to sleep when she stops moving and/or feels comfortable. 9:55AM - Cu

 
 
 
Wednesday July 22,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update 7:00 vitals are … Temperature is 97.7° Pulse is 78 BPM Oxygen level is 94% Sleeping soundly 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably. 10:50AM- Maureen is on her left
