Sunday January 23, 2022 Swingshift Update

• 4:55pm Rest period is over. Maureen’s diaper is wet - we cleaned up and put on a new diaper. Transferred Maureen to the Geri chair after.

• 5:30pm Dinner - roasted chicken breast with roasted broccoli and a cup of water.

  • Maureen coughed 3 times.

• 6:07pm Administered 5mg OLANZAPINE with rice pudding, 7.5mL VIMPAT, and 20mL Robitussin.

• 6:15pm Oral care followed by facial wash with Cetaphil and application of Cetaphil moisturizing lotion to face, hands and arms.

• 6:20pm Washed the inner folds of Maureen’s skin. No redness observed.

• 6:40pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is wet - cleaned, applied Cavilon barrier cream, and put on a new diaper. Vicks applied to chest and throat. Tolcylen applied to both big toes. Maureen is turned to her left side with two green wedge pillows placed behind her and the white block pillow placed in between her legs.
