8:00 am Maureen is asleep. She was awake earlier, got sips of water and went back to sleep again, Tom said.
8:20 am - Maureen is calmly waking up.
8:30 am- Maureen is awake. We raised the bed and administered 75 mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:35 am- Wd started the day. Maureen’s diaper was dry. We changed it. Cleaned Maureen and applied Cavilon barrier film and Cavilon cream. Applied nystatin cream on lower abdominal area. Redness is clearing . We washed her upper body. Applied nystatin on her right underarm. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.
8:50 am- Breakfast- omelette, 8 oz of prune juice with 1 cup of Miralax, 2/3 of banana. Maureen coughed twice.
Daily Miralax- 1 cup.
9:20 am- Administered 10 mg of Loratadin with apple sauce.
9:30 am- Morning oral care.
9:45 am- Facial routine.
10:15 am- Maureen is resting comfortably in her reclined chair, having some water.
11:15 am- Deacon Andy came in for Sunday service.
11:30 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. The diaper was medium wet with vaginal discharge and she had a medium, very soft bowel movement. We cleaned her thoroughly. Changed and positioned on her right side at 11:45 am.
12:45 pm- Maureen’s first rest break is over. Diaper is dry. We dressed her and transferred to the kitchen.
12:55 pm- Lunch- lentils soup, chicken salad, pickled beets, cup of sparkling water. Rice pudding for dessert. Maureen coughed four times, we helped her with the suction machine.
1:35 pm- Oral care.
2:00 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was medium wet. There was some vaginal discharge. Tom and I cleaned and changed her. Positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:10 pm.
3:05 pm- Maureen’s second rest break ended. Her diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred her to the recliner.
3:20 pm- Maureen is enjoying Sister Roberta’s treatment.
3:45 pm- Fresh fruit snack- watermelon, apple and banana. Maureen coughed twice.
4:55 pm- Diaper is dry.
5:00 pm- Dinner- Chilean sea bass, cauliflower, asparagus, cup of water. Maureen coughed three times.
5:50 pm- Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.
6:00 pm- Evening oral care.
6:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream. Redness looks gone. Applied Cetaphil lotion to Maureen’s face, hands and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Maureen was awake the whole day, ate well, looked relaxed. She was smiling and laughed a few times today.
